Terrible customer service. I understand your busy but that is no reason to be rude to people who call in to order. I have talked to others who have had very similar encounters when calling in orders as well. I will take my business elsewhere.

They thought my name was "Krat", which I think is funny. But on to the pizza. Got a large pepperoni & Christmas Pie. It was a little undercooked but tasty. Christmas Pie would've been better with some garlic oil as a base instead of not having anything.

I'm not from the area, but sometimes come here for work. I have been ordering Nikoli's for maybe 5 years. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The crust is excellent and flavorful and the product has always been consistent.

Ordered a gluten free crust today. It was completely stuck to the serving tray. Overall, very tasty but had to eat it with a knife/fork. Would have been better (and cheaper) to just order a salad.

Been getting pizza from here for some time. The pizza is fantastic. This time I thought I would try their wings. I had ordered 6 butter garlic and 12 Caribbean sauce. Got them home opened them up and had 12 hot wings. I call and a girl answered the phone and asked her if the Caribbean is hot she said it was mild rub. These wings were swimming in hot sauce. She ask me what do you want them to do about it. She said we don’t give free food away. She said without seeing them she couldn’t tell what sauce was on them. All I wanted was for them to make it right. I do not just call to get free food. And there was no manager there that could help me.

My mom and her boyfriend frequent this location all the time and while I will admit that the food is delicious, I have two problems personally. I find the customer service at this place to be kind of lacking. I understand if you are a family run business that you have a certain way you run things, but at least try to be more nice towards your customers. Also, I find this place to be more on the expensive side of locally owned pizza joints. Again, if you're a family run business, OK, you can make your own prices, but I was genuinely shocked by how pricey this place seemed. Other than those two problems though, everything seems alright.

The best pizza in Mechanicsburg Pa.! I have to say there are a lot of choices in thr area when it comes to pizza and subs but this place by far exceeds the rest. My company brings it in for lunch regularly and it's where I first experienced it and now it is my go to when I'm at work and feeling like pizza and apparently I'm not the only one. When ordering for delivery at lunch time order early in the day as they ge quite busy and delivery times can get long as they also do catering. When eating in you order your food as you come in, grab a table and they bring it out to you. Service inside is fast and the employees are friendly and accommodating. The inside is older but appears very clean. I will definitely be back for more!

We’ve lived in 5 states and this is our favorite spot by far. My son won’t eat pizza from anywhere else! Customer service isn’t always the best but they are nice, just always busy. The food is incredible.

I give Nikolis a 4 because most times they do an awesome job and deliver quickly. Today I give them 0 stars. I ordered lunch and I asked for a chicken Cesar wrap with no croutons (said no croutons 3 times). The lady who answered didn’t seem to be focused in work or something because it took me 10 mins to order and the order had to be repeated multiple times. And when I said no croutons she said oh it doesn’t come with them (according to the website it does) and she had to ask her coworkers if it did. When I got my food fairly quick I was extremely disappointed to find the wrap thrown together sloppy and there were 10 croutons in my wrap and barely any Cesar dressing on it. The worst service I’ve ever had from them.

I’ve seriously never had a bad meal here! My husband has been a customer for years and he turned me on to this place when I first moved to Camp Hill 4 years ago. Great pizza, delicious cheeseburger subs, and when I was pregnant the only thing I could keep down were their cheese fries lol! Plus they deliver. Would highly recommend!

We were at a baseball tournament and Nikoli's was fairly close to where we were & we were hungry! We went there as a fairly large group & they accommodated us quickly and with a friendly attitude. The food here was absolutely wonderful! In fact we had day 2 the following day and we went back to Nikoli's Pizza for lunch again! If that doesn't tell you how good the food is, nothing will!

I want to just say this place is the best for service . The owner was so helpful with me over the phone. I live a distance from my 74 year old father. he is in senior living and does not drive . If any one is a good critic with pizza and Stromboli is my father . I ordered him the large reg Stromboli he said it was the best he has had in a long time and the marinara sauce is the BEST! he almost ate the whole thing .The service was GREAT the delivery driver was so apologetic for being a little late here the elevator was out in the Apt . he went up to the 3rd floor for my father. Thank you for making my father's day today and I will be calling on a regular bases .

This place is the best little pizza shop ever! Not only is the pizza good but the subs are amazing! Im a parcel delivery guy and work back there by them so I stop in pretty frequently. The best service and quality food from any pizza joint around. Sometimes I just call in and order random things I've never tried because I know it's going to be good. FYI get the loaded chicken cheesteak, or tuna with the works. You won't be disappointed. The pizza is also always sooooo good. Love the little pepperoni they use. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do!
